From a blank page to a document you can review

  1. Read the current school notice: check whether it accepts a portfolio or letter, and note language, page and file-size limits.
  2. Choose a template and add your child’s details. Include only relevant information; identity document numbers and a full home address are not needed here.
  3. Replace examples with real experiences. Describe what your child did, what help they had and what they learned. Do not copy another child’s achievements.
  4. After reviewing, click Download PDF and enter a parent’s usual email in the popup. Basic format and obvious-fake checks run before the download starts. No verification link or paid membership is needed.
  5. Open the PDF and check names, school, entry year, text, photos, total pages and file size. Submit only what the school requests.

Privacy and drafts

While editing, content stays in your current browser session. You can opt to save a draft on this device. Downloading does not leave this page or automatically enable draft saving. Turning off draft saving removes the saved copy. On a shared computer, turn off saving and close the page when finished.

Text and photos are turned into a PDF entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to our server or sent to an AI model. Drafts use this browser’s local storage, not the account database. The download form records the parent’s email, document type, interface language, request times and count. It does not subscribe you to marketing or create a verified account.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use this without awards?

Yes. Reading, caring for belongings, cooperating with friends and trying another approach can all show genuine growth. Choose moments your child remembers and is comfortable sharing.

Does every school accept these documents?

Acceptance, submission timing and page limits are set by each school. A template is not an endorsement from a school. Ask the school if its notice does not clarify what is accepted.
