Include the account email and Stripe receipt ID. Never email full card details, identity documents or passwords.
Response process
We acknowledge requests, check the relevant source or account record and update the page review date when a material correction is published.

Removed unsupported Top 100 methodology from the ranking guide; relabelled the 1,000-question bank as original practice; removed AI-quality and admission-prediction language from school matching; corrected the workbook from an unsupported “600+ per level” claim to the actual 155-activity library.

Consolidated overlapping allocation, school-net and ranking articles; excluded thin member previews and low-evidence school pages from sitemaps; required at least two official school-report sources before a school worksheet can be indexed.
What a correction record includes
For a material change we record the affected topic, the reason, the source used and the review date. Personal account and payment requests are handled privately and never listed in the public log.
